What we offer

  • Manage and oversee fleet suppliers to ensure operational levels are met and maintained.
  • Lead fleet improvements, savings, compliance, and cost-effective sources of vehicles
  • Develop KPI's for fleet suppliers and ensure consistent high quality service is achieved
  • Ensure that the operation of company cars is compliant with company policies
  • Partner with HR and purchasing in managing the fleet
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicles to ensure audit controls.
  • Conduct financial cost analysis, Spend Analysis and category reviews

Who we are looking for

  • Act as subject matter expert to organization for matters related to fleet.
  • Keep abreast of changes in regulations and necessary compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge and utilize all fleet information and user surveys to forecast new requirements.
  • Maintain alignment of priorities with key business initiatives.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Strong vendor management skills and experience.
  • Strong administrative skills
