A key leader on the Supply Chain Finance team, the Director, Supply Chain Finance is responsible for providing financial leadership, compelling analytics, strategic thinking and business planning for Cost Savings, Procurement Finance, and Contract Manufacturing for the Henkel North America Laundry & Beauty Businesses. Overall focus of this role is to collaborate with business partners to develop strategic path toward gross profit expansion. This position reports directly to the VP, Supply Chain Finance and will be responsible for the following:

What we offer

  • Financial leader of the cost savings program, with primary responsibility for developing a continuous pipeline of savings projects, analyzing potential projects, tracking and ensuring savings results impact the P&L, and periodic progress reporting to Executive Committees for Laundry and Beauty. Cost savings initiatives have been significant contributor to margin expansion over the years, and will continue to be looked to for further growth.
  • As part of the Supply Chain Finance team, play an active role in understanding commodity-driven cost driver, and market conditions driving fluctuation of direct materials, and use this knowledge to forecast our costs accurately, and plan accordingly
  • Financial oversight/management of Henkel’s NA Contract Manufacturing network, providing financial analysis supporting decisions around in-sourcing vs. out-sourcing, tracking of financial performance, and compliance with financial controls.
  • Manage a team of 2 Finance professionals

Who we are looking for

  • BS degree in Finance or Accounting
  • MBA and/or CPA a plus
  • 10+ years relevant business experience required, CPG preferred
  • Previous supply chain experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • ERP system understanding and experience – SAP preferred
