The Talent Acquisition Director will be responsible for developing and successfully executing talent acquisition strategies to support work force talent needs across diverse businesses. This person will work closely with Human Resource Business Partners and Business leaders to help them ensure they have the best talent to meet business goals. Additional responsibility includes leading and growing a high performing team to identify and implement best in class sourcing, recruitment, interviewing and acquisition practices to meet current and future talent needs that align with the businesses goals.

What we offer (Job Duties):

  • Lead, manage and coach the talent acquisition team to achieve performance outcomes
  • Develop Talent Mgmt strategy that enables the execution of the business strategy by ensuring the highest level of talent is sourced and recruited and in place.
  • Partner with HRBP and hiring managers to build and implement a best in class Candidate Experience Process at all key touch candidate points to inform the recruiting, interviewing and onboarding processes
  • Build strong partnerships with HRBPS and business leaders to ensure understanding of the company’s current and future talent needs 
  • Identify and implement media, technology, and social solutions to support talent acquisition strategy
  • Implement best in class interviewing practices and technology solutions
  • Assess the employee referral programs and implement actions to engage employees to be employment brand ambassadors
  • Manage the campus recruiting needs across diverse businesses to meet company needs
  • Develop and/or implement employee branding and marketing activities
  • Evaluate the entire TA function to continually improve process and quality of talent brought into the organization
  • Identify opportunities to leverage the current technology and recommend other technology ideas for automation within recruiting workflow practices
  • Partner with Global TA team to ensure businesses are showcased appropriately on all external facing mediums
  • Supports the implementation of Diversity and Inclusion goals in TA strategy and practices
  • Establish Service level agreements and KPIs for Third party providers and monitor metrics work with third party providers to achieve expectations
  • Manage the recruiting budget 
  • Oversee compliance to all regulations that impact the hiring and selection process

Who we are looking for:

  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition practices
  • Proven ability to develop creative sourcing channels/practices that drive high volume/high quality applicant flow
  • Strong experience in leveraging social media and technology
  • Experience in employee branding and social media campaigns
  • Proven track record in high volume exempt and non-exempt staffing across multiple businesses and locations
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing complex environment
  • Proven ability to identify and measure talent acquisition function and partners effectiveness
  • Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal customers and external partners
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws related to Talent Acquisition
  • BA degree required
  • Consumer Products experience a strong plus
  • 8 - 10 years of TA leadership experience
  • Experience with RPO a plus
  • Experience administering a 3rd party applicant tracking system
