Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and execute approved personnel actions, (new hires, promotions, salary changes, terminations, transfers, leave of absence, position changes, personal data changes, etc.).
  • Request, track and monitor the processing of work done by off site shared services group
  • Advise HR colleagues and progress of shared services process requests
  • Create and update user documentation and guidelines
  • Design and deliver systems training as need for HR team
  • Support systems reporting and measurement activity across the whole range of HR activity
  • Support HR team in security access
  • Participate in HR System process improvement projects
  • Perform audits as needed
  • Generate analytics reporting
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate data and cleanup of employee and position information
  • Perform imports of mass change to employee and organizational data when required.

Education and Experience:

  • min. 2+ years prior HR Information Systems experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working with ERP HR systems required
  • SAP system process experience highly preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred with strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Understand which SAP info types impact payroll, verify data entered to avoid potential impact
