What we offer

The Brand Manager willmanage the day to day activities within the marketing department for Dial Professional "Away From Home" Diversified Markets business unit. The Brand Manager will inspire and develop Assistant Brand Managers while working closely with sales to identify ways to augment their selling efforts with promotions and marketing support.

  • New Product Development.
  • Manage and inspire Assistant Brand Managers.
  • Time-line and cross-functional management of projects.
  • Marketing Program Development.
  • Distributor Promotions.
  • Trade Show Planning & Promotions.
  • Marketing Budget Management.

Who we are looking for

  • BS/BA (Business, Social Sciences - Psychology, Sociology, Economics) MBA preferred.
  • 4-6 years experience in consumer products marketing and/or sales.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of P&L and how different investments affect profitability.
