Sr. Sales Specialist - Paper Converting

 The Sales Professional will manage existing Henkel business of $17 Million and grow territory sales by promoting Henkel’s Industrial Adhesive products and services to the current customer base as well as potential customers in the Paper Solutions Business. Strong background in paper products for bags, cups, envelopes, corrugating, and folding cartons are a plus. The territory will include North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and parts of Georgia. Some overnight travel will be required 30-40%.

  • Coordinate Resources to impact pipeline movement and ultimate close and retention of new business.

Who we are looking for

  • BA/BS Degree in chemical engineering, chemistry or business or related discipline required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Industrial sales
  • Industrial adhesives, Envelopes, Corrugating, Laminating, and Bag experience preferred.   
  • Exhibited knowledge of applicable products and applications including product chemistries, application, manufacturing, and equipment a plus.  
  • Proven Experience creating and maintaining  accounts based on excellent customer relationships
  • Excellent planning, organization, customer focus, results, and relationship building skills. 
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and on an individual level. 
  • Excellent communication skills and PC proficiency
  • Ability to gain access to Key Decision makers, building coaches along the way ( Can sell Top Management)
  • High level of Business Acumen
