What we offer

  • Organize and facilitate Leadership Team and other executive level meetings including agenda setting, presentation materials with team members and guest speaker coordination.
  • Responsible for handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Create, administer, and provide evaluation of survey tool (Qualtrics) globally to support various strategic initiatives and processes.
  • Manage > 500TEuro temporary/Intern budget and staffing approval process for Global team to ensure on-budget.
  • Manage Travel Approval process for 400+ team members.
  • Responsible for work schedule coordination for Regional Technical Customer Service Management (12ppl).
  • 50k Budget control and analysis for inventory management 

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Directly support Technical Customer Service Vice President, Corporate Vice President, Leadership Team, 80 Technical Customer Service personnel, and indirectly support 40 Product Development/Innovation and other various other small departments.
  • Plan and facilitate monthly Global Innovation, Product Development & Technical Customer Service Leadership Team meetings.
  • Responsible for 50k standard inventory supply management and supplies (lab, office, equipment components), as well as the execution and accuracy of a global temporary staffing budget of ~1Mi Euro.
  • Trained on development, execution and analysis of Qualtrics survey tool.
  • Organizes and facilitates weekly onsite/virtual department meeting of multiple sites.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, Lotus Notes, Outlook, Skype and quick to learn new computer and digital systems.
