Responsible for the processes and systems related to Supply Chain Planning, Order to Cash, S&OP & Manufacturing Systems for Beauty Care Retail and Professional business. As super key user for supply chain processes and systems, the role owns end user training and process documentation. Act as liaison between end users, and Global Process Owners and IT. Passionate problem solver with the desire to innovate smart solutions to business problems. Be curious and creatively look for opportunities to leverage innovative technology as well as optimize processes and methodologies.

What we offer

  • Collaborate with and influence Global Process Owners for Planning, Manufacturing, Order to Pay and Source to Pay, to drive and support continuous process and system improvements
  • Review and assist in testing all related change requests to SAP systems for areas of responsibility
  • Create reports and tools, for Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing processes management
  • Develop, review and update process documentation for areas of responsibility
  • Provide process and system training to end users
  • Collaborate with other, cross functional, Process Experts to support and implement cross functional process improvements
  • Monitor, audit, and drive compliance by users to Henkel Global Systems, Processes and Practices
  • Manage regional tasks related to new plant set up in SAP System
  • Translate business requests and requirements into functional requirements and high level design
  • Monitor and analyze key planning and business KPIs; then translate trends into process improvements and business behavioral changes
  • Benchmark Henkel Supply Chain processes and systems with industry best practices and tools
  • Other duties as assigned

Who we are looking for

  • Detailed understanding of material planning and inventory management processes
  • Super user mastery level in SAP ERP systems,
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, and prioritize projects and business objectives, to drive process improvements
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team skills; with the comfort and ability to communicate and present to end users, and peers; as well as senior leadership
  • Ability to influence and drive change through all levels of the organization
  • Ability to clearly communicate information between end users and IT and the knowledge of when issues need to be escalated and drive issue resolution
  • Proven experience in ERP SAP end user training within the Supply Chain area
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Microsoft Excel and Access (including power pivot, and macros)
  • Education — B.S. or B.A. degree
  • Experience — 5-7 years of experience in supply chain planning and SAP (Fast moving Consumer Goods environment preferred)
