The Senior Brand Manager is a leadership role with responsibility for identifying, qualifying, and commercializing air care innovation in North America and supporting Global air care initiatives. Role will be responsible for managing the long-term North America innovation strategy and pipeline, working with market research and R&D on identifying and qualifying new opportunities, market analysis and managing project P&Ls, and leading cross-functional teams for development and commercialization. In addition, this role will support global air care strategy & initiatives, working with global HQ and relevant countries/regions to assist in adhoc project management.

What we offer

  • Achieve revenue, profitability, market share and other objectives by:
  • Developing and executing annual and long-term strategic plans for the brand and consistent with corporate priorities
  • Actively managing project & long-term pipeline P&Ls
  • Leading and influencing innovation to develop and execute short and long-term core improvement and new products.
  • Partnering with Sales Strategy to develop strong sell-in Trade story, including presentations and support materials, to achieve distribution targets
  • Building comprehensive product launch support plans, including communication and consumer promotional plans, to drive awareness to trial and achieve sales/market share targets
  • Championing brand with cross-functional teams to gain alignment on Brand Plans and drive execution excellence
  • Managing all marketing activities including but not limited to promotions, research, packaging and pricing
  • Developing and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies
  • Developing and consistently building the brand equity as a means of attaining volume goals and long-term profit growth
  • Evaluating performance, identify competitive threats, and determine product strengths, weaknesses and opportunities by conducting market analyses
  • Executing marketing strategy, plans, and tactics.

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelors in Marketing; MBA preferred.
  • Min 6-10 years’ of CPG brand marketing experience
  • Prior FMCG innovation and project management experience
  • Prior cross functional experience with R&D, supply chain, category management, Sales preferred
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • General business management knowledge
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen) experience
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
