Responsible for growing the Laundry and Home Care business and enhancing the relationship with a major customer, Loblaws. This includes achievement of sales and profit targets via strategic development and execution of trade programs.

What we offer

  • Establish, develop and enhance business relationships with key personnel at major retail accounts.
  • Work internally with Sales Planning to develop account specific plans that maximize sales, profit, merchandising, distribution and market share.
  • Utilize Henkel’s trade promotion management program for annual planning, forecasting, promotions and trade settlements.
  • Work with Marketing to develop account specific programs to achieve distribution of new and existing products through display, ad merchandising and category and shelf management.
  • Conduct frequent business reviews and monthly score carding in order to take quick action and ensure mutual business objectives stay on track.
  • Utilization and analysis of available market and account specific data to develop strong fact based selling presentations.
  • Work with Customer and Henkel’s Supply Chain personnel to optimize FLOW in an SAP environment.

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Analytical and creative ability to mine market and customer data and distill key actionables that add value and enhance the customer business relationship.
  • Exceptional hands on knowledge of Retail Link, MS office, Nielsen Workstation; Customer Sales Reporting systems.
  • Ability to change, adapt and thrive in a fast paced competitive environment.
  • University Degree – Preferably in Business or Marketing Key Account Experience in CPG
  • At least 5 years calling on major retailers – Walmart, LCL or Costco
  • Solid track record of success
  • Category management knowledge/experience Self motivated Driven and autonomous
