Process Engineer (Entry-Level)

This position is responsible for process engineering and improvement activities at Henkel’s Enoree, SC manufacturing facility. The process engineer will become knowledgeable in problem solving techniques, equipment selection, batch processing, and control systems while supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

What we offer

       -Standardization of Processes
       -Process Improvements
       -Operational Systems
       -Lean Enterprise elements
  • Supply Chain Improvements
  • Evaluate, where necessary, key manufacturing processes (benchmarks/industry leaders/best practices) and develop plans to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement workshops/events (3-10 days) targeting specific improvement opportunities
  • Lead cross functional projects tasked with improving manufacturing and supply chain processes
  • Work with site leadership to identify and validate savings opportunities. 
  • Train site employees using lean tools and methodology
  • Manage and lead multiple projects at one time.
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of Plant Operations

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or related field of study is required.
  • 0-2 Years of related experience. 
  • Must posses excellent leadership,team building, interpersonal and collaborative skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

  • Must be able to work occasional off-shift hours, based on project/plant needs.
