Sales Intern (May 2019 - April 2020)

What we offer

  • This is intended to be a 12 month internship with 20-30 hours/week supporting Henkel’s Target Beauty Care team
  • Opportunity for broad exposure by working on cross-functional projects, these functions include including: Sales, Sales Strategy, Category Management, Marketing, Supply Chain/Demand Planning, Shopper Marketing, Ecommerce and Finance
  • Focused on sales analytics for both in-store and online businesses, new product performance, distribution expansion, sales forecasting and promotional performance
  • Interns will prepare and publish analysis and insights, monitor and analyze customer shipments and consumption data, participate in strategy development, build sales presentations, and perform ad-hoc assignments to help the sales team drive volume and distribution on Target
 

Who we are looking for

  • Must be currently enrolled in MBA program with a minimum 3.2 GPA
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and develop fact-based recommendations
  • Communication Skills: Clearly articulate ideas through concise written correspondence
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Outlooks skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Must be a US citizen or possess long-term US work authorization
