Vice President Walmart, Beauty Retail

  • Responsible for setting strategy, growing revenue and profitability and leading the execution of sales initiatives to ensure the achievement of Henkel Beauty branded products within Walmart. 

  •  Establish clear vision, strategies and goals and objectives for the Walmart team cross-functional team.

  • Create an environment that fosters communication, collaboration, coordination, and productivity

  • Oversee and direct the activities of the Walmart sales team in the successful attainment of all planned sales & profit objectives.

  • Foster a cohesive account team with responsibility and the authority to achieve goals, as well as holding each member accountable for the attainment of those goals.
    •Develop a customer-centric culture that is solutions-based and exploits new market opportunities.
    •Hire, train, develop, and inspire top sales talent to support the strategic needs of the organization and ensure the successful attainment of all sales objectives and company initiatives 

Who we are looking for

Primary Requirements:
• Four-year undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
•Progressive sales management experience possessing well-established relationships with senior level executives within Walmart.
•Minimum of 10 years of successful selling experience, including leading one or more key accounts required
•Prior Beauty Retail sales experience highly preferred
