YOUR ROLE

  • Region ~9.5M in annual revenue 
  • All aspects of coaching, developing, retaining, and hiring employees 
  • Profitable sales growth of Bonderite branded products
  • Cleaners, Conversion Coatings, Seal, Anodizing coatings, etc
  • Implementation of Key Strategic Initiatives
  • Project and Pipeline development

YOUR SKILLS

  • 7+ Years sales experience in industrial market to major OEM's 
  • 3+ Years management experience -Bachelor's degree 
  • Ability to travel ~50% overnight  
  • Ideal candidate would be located in the SE in close proximity to major airport
