Regional Sales Manager- AG Surface Treatment

This position will lead, manage and develop sales personnel within the assigned region and will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth. Reporting to this position will be 6 sales professionals covering the Southeast and Western United States. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop and implement business plans with their personnel, industry partners and end customers that will assist the AG Functional Coatings (FC) organization in realizing their goals and objectives. This position will also be part of the FC leadership team with input to the overall business.

Who we are looking for

  • 7+ Years sales experience in industrial market to major OEM's 
  • 3+ Years management experience -Bachelor's degree 
  • Ability to travel ~50% overnight  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including giving presentations  
  • Competent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint 
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing agreements at high levels 
  • Ideal candidate would be located in the SE in close proximity to major airport
