Who we are looking for

  • Degree in marketing, communication, entrepreneurship, advertising, or related studies. 
  • Cosmetology license and/ or relevant experience in the beauty industry. 
  • Strong passion for social media and current events. 
  • Excellent communication skills, high assertiveness, and ability to establish trustful brand relationships.
  • Exceptional organization and project planning skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and overall presentation. 
  • Results driven team player and collaborative spirit.

  • Cultivate strong brand to distribution partner relationships (20% of time) • Coordinate monthly social media content for brand distribution partner support and sharing (15% of time) 
  • Identify online/web growth opportunities aimed at elevating global brand awareness (15% of time) 
  • Act as digital marketing point of contact between PRAVANA Headquarters and International Brand Partners (10% of time) 
  • Develop actionable digital marketing strategies to increase digital footprint and new customer acquisition (10% of time) 
  • Seek out and identify key influencer and brand partnership opportunities (10%)
