Marketing Project Coordinator

YOUR ROLE

The Marketing Project Coordinator provides project management support to the Brand Marketing team, ensuring the timely system set-up and launch of new laundry and home care products. 

  • Own the item setup process from innovation to production by managing all inputs for and workflow throughout the process 

  • Manage several concurrent deliverables and dependencies, prioritizing based on deadlines and business needs 

  • Collaborate with global and local cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on time, improve lead times to market, identify and determine solutions for bottlenecks, and standardize best practices 

  • Identify risk/issues in current and future workflow by staying ahead of potential issues and raising need for escalation ahead of time. Work with Brand team to mitigate and resolve; provide recommendations to solve. 

  • Develop and maintain detailed trackers for projects and ensure that status and next steps for every project are clear, and available to brand teams. Continuously communicate with brand team to ensure complete service and delivery expectations. 

  • Communicate effectively and transparently with local cross-functional teams including Packaging, R&D, Supply Planning, Visual Branding, and Master Data to efficiently advance projects.

YOUR SKILLS

  • BS/BA (Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management) 

  • 1-2 years of experience in consumer products marketing, project management or supply chain management 

  • Proficiency with PC applications MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 

  • SAP or other database experience preferred, but not required

This position currently reports into a brand marketing director and will support the brand teams in the marketing unit.
