Overview

  • Part of the Global Marketing team
  • Simplify highly technical content and expert knowledge and convert it into accessible engaging
  • stores.
  • Identify processes to streamline content development, localization and deployment from global to
  • local and lead implementation of these processes
  • Identify key agencies needed to support us as we streamline our processes
  • Build up strong relationships with global, regional and local stakeholders (both internal and
  • external)

 JOB OBJECTIVE 


Simplifying highly technical and expert knowledge 

Create simple, accessible and engaging stories to support our initiatives; new product launches, target device and industry programs following these content principles

  • Hero content (inspire and entertain)
  • Help content (educate and convert) 
  • Hub content (always on, regular content to drive loyalty)
Deliver these stories into holistic packages to be activated through our different channels with a strong focus on digital.
  • Digital channels (owned, paid, earned) 
  • Offline 
  • Internal sales
  • Distribution channels

YOUR ROLE

Work with agencies to create content and communication strategies for our initiative

Responsible for the development and delivery of:

  • Content strategy, content pieces development (Hero, help, hub) such as videos, blogs, web content, visual creatives, sequential messaging banner ads, visual assets (graphs, 3D renders etc), keyword strategy 
  • Sales enablement assets (presenters, sell-sheets)
Responsible for managing financial aspects/budget tied to on-line brands/marketing support and measuring ROI.

Coach our local teams during execution

YOUR SKILLS

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, content development in global company 
  • Proven success in roll-out of global digital content campaigns for lead generation
  • Strong expertise in digital strategy activation 
  • BS / BA degree required / MBA preferred 
  • High proficiency with PC applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
  • High proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Sprinklr, content collaboration systems (percolate)
