YOUR ROLE

  • Implement and maintain a variety of support functions for the Sales teams such as alignment and monitoring the sales effort within the team.
  • Participates in the organization and coordination of sales meetings, preparing budgets, coordinating sales training and development programs.
  • May develop analyses to measure trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of sales resource allocation and utilization.
  • Works cross-functionally with internal teams (Finance, Marketing/Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain) as well as providing operations support to external partners while influencing sales indirectly

YOUR SKILLS

  • Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a sales, marketing, business, management, or related discipline with a minimum 3.2 GPA
  • Critical Thinking – identifies problems and solutions that others might miss
  • Resourceful – consults with others on problems and activities; collects information from a range of sources to assist and guide job activities; asks effective questions to obtain information to help him/her perform the task at hand
  • Project management – able to manage projects ensuring milestone and deadlines are met
  • Some travel may be required
