YOUR ROLE

  • Represent the voice and needs of the shopper across the organization
  • Identify/Understand shopper behaviors and trends at the category and retailer level
  • Manage multiple complex analyses and custom research projects from start to finish
  • Develop comprehensive learning plans, determine appropriate data sources, determine scope and methodology, execute research studies with suppliers, synthesize key learnings, translate learning into actionable recommendations, and create/deliver compelling presentations that force change
  • Link the understanding of category shopper behavior and the implications to brand and retailer strategies
  • Identify critical knowledge gaps and develop learning plans to address business needs
  • Develop strategic relationships with assigned retailers

YOUR SKILLS

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in a Business or related discipline OR have completed your studies no more than 6 months prior to the start of the internship, with a GPA of 3.2+
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (particularly PowerPoint, but also Excel and Word)
  • Collaborative, self-starter who enjoys working in a team environment, has great communication skills, and is ambitious.
