  • The role is responsible for enabling the achievement of NES and CP1 KP business objectives primarily through the stewardship of the trade accruals planning and deductions management processes for the sales organization.
  • The candidate will manage the trade accruals life-cycle from creation to close, acts as SME on TPM tools and leads the adherence to Henkel’s audit and business rule requirements for managing trade. In addition, this individual will indirectly supervise 3 Analysts responsible for Canadian deductions clearing, Capris input and customer specific support tasks (eg. Dealsheets creation, Forecast analysis, POS analysis, etc.)
  • Leads and governs all trade review, monitoring, reporting and post promotion/ROI analytics
  • Leads the Accruals Planning and Deductions Management processes
  • Provides Post promotion and ROI analytics
  • Supports the Sr Sales Strategy Manager, Sales Operations in leading 3 Sales analysts


  • Bachelor's degree in Business CPA Designation preferred
  • At least 7 years prior experience in CPG in the following areas: sales planning/sales strategy, sales operations, customer finance
  • Strong business analytics
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator
