Do you love sharing tips and tricks with your Beauty followers? Experienced as a professional stylist educator, but really digging the social media creator culture? The Senior Education Content Creator is perfect for you, blending behind and in front of the camera responsibilities, this role will live and breathe video & social media educational content for Kenra Professional. A key and high-profile role with a great blend of internal and external facing responsibilities, the successful candidate will be an education expert & natural collaborator, working closely with the Product development team on innovation, the Integrated marketing team on Go-to-Market campaigns, and the Content Production team.

YOUR ROLE

• Ideate, script out, and create high quality cutting, styling & color technique content using native tools on iOS/Android (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook) 
• A natural in front of the camera, able to weave a story & ensure a coherent message across multiple audiences (professional stylists, end consumers, etc) tying directly to upcoming marketing campaigns or innovations 
• Strong leader with ability to convince and motivate team as well as other stakeholders, with people management responsibilities 
• Help ideate & execute impactful and diverse photo shoot campaigns, in close partnership with Product Development and Content Production team 
• Provide thorough and insightful product development feedback on upcoming innovation, utilizing stylist POV

YOUR SKILLS

• 5+ years as a professional stylist behind the chair 
• Comfortable and natural in front of the camera, able to speak and act while doing hair 
• Experience with beauty marketing storytelling 
• Highly agile & resilient, able to lead others through complexity 
• Works well with others – able to align with Product Development, Graphic Design, Social Media, Education, and Content Production teams
