YOUR ROLE
- Unique opportunity to pioneer and lead new projects to support the Henkel 3DP operation and business
- Supports the development of industry leading technologies and their launch to the market
- Employs lean manufacturing practices to improve safety, scale operation, and address bottlenecks
- Constructs Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFEMAs) to evaluate product quality risks
- Implements process improvements to maintain Henkel product quality leadership
- Generates and modifies Bills of Material (BOMs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and related documentation to support consistent manufacturing of finished goods.
- Contributes to the North American Sustainability Program and seeks ways to locally make an impact
- Manages Plant Preventative Maintenance Program for production and facility equipment.
- Assists Plant Manager on developing and realigning operations strategy to support business growth
- Provides insight and assistance in resolution of shop floor challenges and non-routine activities.
