Actively supports and enforces the plant SHE standards and maintains a safe, hazard free workplace.
Shape the digital future of the factory and contribute to the Digital material and information flow.
Leverage data analytics to identify improvement opportunities for the plant.
Understand the status quo of the factory, identifying digital opportunities together with all factory departments, developing and implementing projects to improve the factory KPIs, will be a focus.
Is responsible for communication with key counterparts in Henkel Dx, Americas Digital Operation team and external Software Development companies.
BS/BA degree in Engineering required
Minimum five years’ experience in digitalization or automation
Ability to plan, manage, and execute complex project activities to a successful conclusion with little to no oversight
Project management skills: strong work ethic and ability to meet project deadlines
Highly proficient in Excel, moderately proficient in one of the following: MATLAB, SQL, or Python
Previous experience with MES is a plus
