  • Job Summary
  • Offer top-quality solutions for cold-rolled steel and stainless steel, as well as galvanized steel and aluminum (Architectural / Building, Automotive & Transportation, Appliances, Food &
  • Beverage, General Industry, Power & Electrical etc.)
  • Strong Brand - BonderiteTM
  • Strong market positions in metal coil rolling and metal coil cleaning solutions, as well as our metal coil pretreatments and metal coil surface treatments
  • Focus on differentiated technologies such as non-chrome and heavy-metal-free coil coating
  • Net external sales (NES): ~ 60 Mio Euro

  • Responsibilities
  • Executing strategy – working closely alongside senior leadership and to support executing strategy for Greater China in order to grow the business and support business excellence
  • Driving sales – developing and implementing regional commercial strategy with sales and marketing
  • Responsibility – focus on customer relations & distributor management, ACE pipeline in line with KSI’s and strong operations
  • Driving culture – creating and shaping an innovative, collaborative, and inspiring working culture
  • Coaching & developing people – create a highly motivated, professional and skilled team
  • Building a strong & motivated Sales & Channel team in the sub-region


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or business. Master’s in Business Administration preferable
  • Fluent verbal & written communication in English and Mandarin
  • Solid sales management background in B2B industry
  • Good at handling some challenge topics: Pricing, Value Selling, KA Management, etc..
  • Understand how to manage and drive a sizable (20-25) sales team. Strong leadership skills: drives, convinces and develops individuals and teams
  • Strategic thinking, proactive, and good communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, commercial and strategic skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on leader
  • Mobile – able to relocate in the future for career development opportunities
