YOUR ROLE
- Development & implementation of a holistic talent relations & events strategy for the region Germany & Switzerland (DECH) including qualitative and quantitative measures to attract and engage talents
- Conception of high awareness, engagement & marketing measures including content creation with a strong focus on digital formats/ platforms and social media
- Coordination of events such as (university) fairs which also requires a high willingness to travel within (mainly) Germany and Switzerland
- Conception & implementation of the new cross-departmental event series “Henkel Innoverse”
- Further development of the organization-wide ambassador network
- Ranking & award management including evaluations, reporting & action planning

YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor- or master’s degree in human resources, business psychology, marketing, corporate communications or related field
- 4 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of HR, marketing or
- Working knowledge in Employer Reputation, Employee engagement, (Academic) Talent Relations and Events as well as Recruiting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good level of knowledge and understanding of digital (social) media landscape, particularly YouTube, Instagram and Tik Tok
- Content creation skills with e.g. Adobe Photoshop (Lightroom), Illustrator & Premiere are a plus
- Fluent English and German language skills are mandatory
