·Managing a large Quality Team in a manufacturing facility to include Engineers, Quality Specialists, Technicians and Supervisor.
·Drives Quality strategy and targets in area of responsibility and uses appropriate reporting tools.
·Deep understanding and involvement in the manufacturing processes. ensures that group associates are trained and are performing inspection functions, and quality/processing. procedures as detailed, per the approved, current work instructions.
·Lead ISO certification for the site, (ISO 16949, ISO 50001, ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001).
·Leads PPAP activities involving customer approval.
·BS/BA in engineering, science, quality or related field
·5-7 years quality experience is required
·Strong history of leading high performing teams is required
·Must possess strong problem-solving skills
·Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP)
·Proven experience in driving continuous improvement
·Six Sigma exposure, DMAIC preferred
·IATF 16949 ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001
