YOUR ROLE
- Category Development. Lead the development of a strategic category growth plan. Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams in the use of fact-based category, consumer and shopper insights to develop category vision and strategies to unlock profitable growth.
- Own and implement all Net Revenue Management workstreams for your categories.
- Conduct Range Reviews. Lead the category review process, providing detailed category performance metrics, growth opportunities along with comprehensive range & space recommendations that deliver on these growth objectives.
- Shopper Expertise. Champion the voice of the shopper by fully maximising the investment and ROI of Quantium and Shopper Panel partnerships in AU and NZ. Work closely with the Shopper Marketing Manager ANZ to drive a strong omnichannel trade marketing plans in key customers.
YOUR SKILLS
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a FMCG category development team leadership position, with an understanding of the principles of Category Management and NRM.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Ability to easily identify opportunities through analysis of shopper behaviour and have a solid understanding how to bring these to life by leveraging both instore and online category levers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to sell and influence at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Formal tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline.
