YOUR ROLE
- Implement ACM (General Manufacturing and Maintenance) strategy in Vietnam, Southern region
- Create and manage opportunities to increase sales across responsible area for ACM business unit
- Preparing and implementing action plan to develop sales, profit and gain market share
- New customer acquisition and penetration
- Identify new potential and replicate existing hero applications
- Update, train and educate customers and distributors
- Drive distributor sales performance
- Build ACE (CRM) project pipeline through group selling activities
- Build sales demand forecast based on customer/distributor needs
- Follow up & feedback on leads generated by Marketing
- Coordinates & escalate challenges/opportunities to TCS/PD/Mktg/BDM/FP/CS/SC to support customer & Henkel needs
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelors’ university degree in engineering
- Preferable at least 3 years of total working experience with 2+ years of experience in industrial sales
- Ambitious and self-starter
- Willing to challenge status quo
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with people who has different backgrounds, experiences, position and mindset
- Digital skill is required
- Good English communication
- Having experience in industrial maintenance is advantage
