  • Product CCMS/Off Spec investigation and coordination, cooperating with related departments/functions to dig out the root cause and implemented the corrective & preventive.
  • Corrective and preventive action effectiveness validation
  • Collecting customer special requirements and implementation, coordinating with related functions and defined whether we can achieve it or not, then feedback or make explanation to customer.
  • Leading & participating the process and product audit, regularly review & revise the PFMEA/CP once faced CCMS/critical off Spec or there are engineering/process changes.
  • Supporting with related function team to handle the OSMI timely.
  • Cooperating with QA or sales to accept the customer visit and audits.
  • Initiating the quality planning
  • Initiating or implementing the continuous improvement Projects
  • Regularly review and update the planning wheel, balance wheel, FG spec. if there are update.


  • Bachelor or above, major in chemistry or related with chemistry.
  • Above 1 work experience in quality related or excellent graduate will be welcome.
  • Soild in chemistry knowledge or have experience in chemistry industry.
  • Good logical and solid in data treatment, solid in word/excel operations.
  • CET-4 or above.
  • Open and have stronger willingness to communication and learning from others.
