YOUR ROLE

• Helping in defining formulas responding to marketing needs and keeping same regional and global orientation
• Managing the formulas on SAP and make sure their compliance with the designed ones by the responsible product developer Establishing related procedure for R&D: launch of new products with the help of Local head or R&D
• Checking whether the used raw materials are matching with local regulation and Henkel guidelines
• Building and maintaining external communications with technical laboratories and institutes for analysis and claim support development, leveraging on Design of Experiment.
• Maintaining all R&D topics related to formulas up to date and documented as per Henkel standards
• Defining Manual Instruction Sheets (MIS) for each Product and approve them, with the help of respective product developers in Dubai Innovation center
• Participating in launch of new products and supervise the industrial trials
• Attending production trials that are taking place in the countries under the scope of responsibility of local R&D, and all trials that are required for assessment or fine-tuning R&D related projects
• Managing local and regional stakeholders with constant project management 

YOUR SKILLS

• BSc/BA in Engineering (preferably in Chemical Engineering Department), MBA or master’s degree is an additional asset
• Up to 5 years of R&D experience in a multinational environment, preferably in FMCG sector
• Successful track record in dealing with Formulation Development with sound market know-how in Turkey
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Open to work in an internationally diverse environment, capable of establishing sound relations across geographies within the diverse teams
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Advanced user of MS Office applications
