This job would report to the Global Head of Market and Customer Activation (MCA). The role is to drive global semiconductor market and customer activation strategy and implement promotion activities for the Southeast Asia region. Responsible for marketing and communications strategy and execution plans which include the digital marketing, content strategy, brand awareness, media engagement, demand creation and internal communications. Partnering with the business, the candidate is to drive result-oriented integrated marketing communications campaigns to help achieve key strategic initiatives and brand awareness objectives of the electronics business.
- Plan, design and ensure the delivery of innovative, impactful, and successful of integrated digital marketing strategies for major campaigns, product launches and digital assets
- Lead creation of digital campaign content for deployment across digital channels, ensuring inspirational, informative and engaging content
- Lead ongoing management of digital touch points, social networking and landing pages
- Acting as primary interface between the Marketing teams and central digital teams and agencies to plan and execute tactics such as web content and strategy, analytics, LinkedIn paid campaigns, marketing automation etc.
- Plan and execute multi-channel (paid and organic) digital campaigns to deliver on defined strategic objects
- Oversee and track analytics, metrics, dashboards and campaign reporting across channels and develop reporting metrics to provide insights and drive results
- Manage knowledge hub and digital sales tool to improve internal knowledge sharing and enhance sales enablement
- Drive awareness and demand for electronics materials for the SEA region
- Drive an integrated activation and communications strategy from sales engagement, digital marketing, event management, media relations to content marketing in support of the business priorities
- Work closely with the local commercial teams in product and solution activation campaigns, and drive differentiated messaging to accelerate reach to key and emerging market
- Implement result-oriented events that are measurable and data-centric, and bring best practices in event follow up
- Support employee engagement and change management program that rally the employees
