YOUR ROLE

  • Manage key strategic projects for Adhesive Technologies‘ Supply Chain and Operations organization to drive growth, flexibility and speed
  • Conduct manufacturing and warehousing footprint optimization projects as well as investment projects with a scope of all operation clusters and Supply Chain
  • Be responsible for project management from study phase and kick-off till finalization
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder structure
  • Identify opportunities to improve E2E Supply Chain performance and derive projects
  • Collaborate strongly with multi-functional teams, on regional and global level
  • Provide project management expertise to AOE organization

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations
  • 5-8 years working experience in Supply Chain or Operations environment, min. 2 years in a regional or global role, expierence in logistics consulting would be preferred
  • Proven track record in successful project management
  • Ability to work in a dynamic project environment and to lead multi-functional teams
  • Strong communication, moderation and organizational skills
  • Ability to interact on all management levels and E2E thinking
  • Strong analytical skills and structured approach
  • High level of IT skills, particularly in SAP and MS Office tools
  • Fluent English language skills, additional languages are a plus
