Creative Graphic Designer Extraordinaire.
As the Creative Designer for Henkel, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects from inception to completion. With your skills, keen eye for design, and passion for creativity, you will be responsible for steering Creative Design projects end-to-end independently, ensuring their seamless execution and delivering exceptional results.
Your primary responsibility will be to transform ideas and concepts into visually captivating designs that resonate with our target audience. You will craft visual assets, including graphic design of packaging, various layouts, BTL and sometimes ATL assets that will communicate the brand message and capture the essence of the products and services whether it’s Beauty Care Retail or Professional (Hair Care, Styling, Coloration, Body, Skin, Oral), Laundry & Home Care etc.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our business partners, understanding their objectives and translating them into visually appealing designs that exceed their expectations. Your communication skills will be instrumental in building strong relationships with stakeholders, eliciting feedback, and incorporating input to achieve desired outcomes.
You will not only bring your design skills and creativity to the table but you also need to possess the ability to expertly manage projects from start to finish. From concept ideation to execution, your role extends beyond design, ensuring seamless project coordination, timelines, and deliverables. By effectively juggling the creative process and project management, you will be the driving force behind successful, on-time, and high-quality project outcomes.
