Division: Consumer Brands 

As Revenue Growth Management Intern you will be part of the local strategic steering unit within the commercial team at Henkel Consumer Brands Italy. The RGM team aims to drive profitable growth for the company, through the balancing of different interests within the company itself. You will have the chance to support the team in the enhancement of Revenue Growth approach to Sales and Marketing, and you will acquire an understanding of sales performance metrics and financials KPI.

YOUR ROLE

• Cooperate on assessing and optimizing strategic pricing, promotion, assortment and trade investment policies;
• Support in the design and build solutions to empower Sales and Marketing stakeholders in their analytical needs;
• Conduct best practice sharing, bringing all Customers and Brands on the same standard;
• Support in the roll out of international projects; 

YOUR SKILLS

• Graduate or Undergraduate in Engineering, Economics, Management, Marketing or Technical disciplines that require extensive quantitative knowledge;
• Practical experience, e.g. by former internships especially in sales, marketing or controlling is beneficial;
• Firm knowledge of MS Excel (advanced Excel knowledge, e.g., Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, is a plus);
• Fluent written and spoken English language skills;
• Strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills;
• Curious, self-driven, proactive and goal-oriented team player with excellent collaboration and organizational skills;
