YOUR ROLE
- Develop analytical template to improve efficiency of daily work for inventory management.
- Data management to create daily, weekly and monthly report.
- Analyze forecast to improve accuracy of forecast.
- Focus on 3years, 18months, 3months and weekly supply planning based on demand requirements and inventory requirement
- Plan at site/plant level and multi-site level to ensure optimal supply footprint within the region
- Ensure service level to variable customer demand
- Maintain MPS(Master production schedule) based on demand dynamic to enable frozen zone be stable in plant
- Major activity: Supply Planning – MPS and MRP development, Demand planning - timely forecast update, Inventory planning - improve inventory level
- Ensure monthly supply planning is effective and agile enough to support a stable weekly supply plan for each plant
- Ensure 3month supply planning is live and valid at weekly basis.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or related field is required
- At least one (1) year experience in Supply and/or Demand Planning related field is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Korean and English are required
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office (especially in Excel and Macros) is required
- Good computer skills (e.g., coding knowledge and statistical tools) are required
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills are essential
