YOUR ROLE
- Sales of AEE who focus on consumer device market in Central China, Key account is ICT.
- Develop new opportunities in specific accounts with passion.
- Secure current business, build strong relationship with Top Management / customer relationship.
- Deep Dive on Key Account profile and build strong relationship with top management
- Drive to achieve the sales and profitability targets, by winning new businesses, and at the same time, maintaining our leading position in key accounts.
- Work closely with the Distribution Management Team to develop business plan, sales activities and project management in responsible region.
- Work together with Marketing, and PD, AE (Application Engineer) team to drive business / new opportunities into the market in responsible region.
- Demand & forecast for responsible products and customers.
- Internal sales functions: Project management; sales reporting activities.
- Accountabilities (Time in %)
- Key Account Planning, Sales strategy and Top Management engagement / visit planning 35%
- Customer engagement for existing projects and new opportunities developing 20%
- Administrative work includes account planning, demand forecast, ACE update, monthly report, T&E…etc 20%
- Conduct Technical Day / Seminar with customer 15%
- Participate Henkel Internal Training 10%
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry/ Engineering/Automation.
- Good in English is preferred.
- 5+ year sales/engineering experience in electronic consumer devices. 3+ year acceptable if excellent enough.
- Familiar with PCBA/Smart home/Handheld/Wearable devices is preferred.
- Strong self-motivation and implementation capability(执行力).
- English (Oral, reading, written) is nice to have.
- Ability to travel frequently.
- Work under pressure.
