We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Site Training Specialist to join our team. The Manufacturing Site Training Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our manufacturing site employees receive the necessary training to excel in their roles. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs, as well as tracking and assessing their effectiveness. The ideal candidate is passionate about employee development, possesses strong communication skills, and can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
·Training Program Development:
oCollaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs.
oDevelop and update training materials, manuals, and resources to support various training programs.
oDesign and implement training modules that align with company goals, policies, and industry best practices.
·Training Delivery:
oConduct training sessions for manufacturing site employees, ensuring content delivery is engaging and informative.
oSchedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
oProvide on-the-job training and support as needed.
·Assessment and Evaluation:
oDevelop assessment tools and quizzes to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
oCollect and analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and track employee progress.
oModify training programs based on feedback and performance results.
·Compliance and Documentation:
oEnsure that all training programs adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.
oMaintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and certifications.
oPrepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
·Continuous Improvement:
oStay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
oCollaborate with HR and departmental managers to continuously improve training processes and content.

The salary for this role is $87,000.00 - $125,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
