- Ready to join a great team of Henkel Finance team with an exciting job opportunity as an AR Accountant
60% accounting scope: - Daily reconciliation on suspense accounts to ensure bank transaction be reported correctly and timely
- Closing activities like Accounts Receivables reporting, payroll recording and bad debt provision
- In charge of bank / Accounts Receivables / advance reconciliation and aging analysis
- Management of petty cash, cash advance & PRF process with shared service center
- Support yearly statutory audit on OTC side and any internal audit when requested
- Serve as connecting point with company banks and treasury shared service center
- Maintenance of bank records
- Handle ad-hoc projects relating to billing cycle
30% credit controlling scope: - Stay on the top of Accounts Receivables aging / provision and receipts movements
- Monitor OTC KPI bi-week basis
- Back up credit controller when needed
- Attend monthly sales, finance and OTC meeting
- Support yearly statutory audit on OTC side and any internal audit when requested
10% administration scope: - Manage PO process ensure PO placement of SGMY FFR
- General T&E admin works from MY
