  • Central lead & distribution KAM for all B2B Vertical Marketplaces
  • O2O Activation to synchronize between Vertical Marketplaces and Henkel Sales Team to explore new market opportunities and develop new customers / applications
  • Strengthen high level business alignment & commitment
  • Define strategic focus, ambition & execution plan of all B2B Vertical Marketplaces (e.g., ZKH, EHSY, Misumi, Xinfangsheng, Fastenal, Deli, Suning)
  • Lead Data-driven Customer Modelling & O2O Activation programs with all Vertical Marketplaces to prioritize & qualify top customers for sales team to follow up accordingly
  • Lead Targeted Lead Gen campaigns with all Vertical Marketplaces to generate quality leads for sales team to follow up accordingly
  • Lead Regular Business Reviews between all Vertical Marketplaces and Henkel Management Team
  • Strengthen strategic relationship with headquarter & branch level of all Vertical Marketplaces synchronized with Henkel sales team’s efforts

  • Develop and implement annual Digital Campaign Calendars for Vertical Marketplaces 30%
  • Activate O2O strategy in line with territory & segment focus for Vertical Marketplaces 30%
  • Lead annual / monthly / quarterly business reviews between Henkel and Vertical Marketplaces20%
  • Continuously explore innovative business models for Vertical Marketplaces to strengthen high level business alignment & commitment20%


  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Fast-learning, self-driven, strong sense of ownership
  • Passion for customer / distribution engagement and digitalization
  • 5 years+ working experience, preferred in B2B Digital Channel / Vertical Mgmt. / Channel Marketing / Channel Mgmt. / O2O
