YOUR ROLE
- Plan, shoot, edit and execute content aligned with the monthly focus and brand aesthetics, with an understanding on how to optimize content for each channel.
- Ideate and pitch new content formats and styles to continually evolve the brand’s visual social presence.
- Participate in the creation of 360 campaigns to support new product launches, company values, events, influencer campaigns and giveaways.
- Organize and execute product shipments and gift mailers to influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Prepare monthly reporting & KPI tracking for social analytics.
- Be present on set during photoshoots to capture BTS and further content.
- Assist the Social Media team with posting and community management, weekends included.
- Maintain a pulse on the ever-changing landscape to keep the brand on trend and relevant.
- Support Senior Social Media Manager with influencer identification for content creation (evergreen and campaign focused).
- Assist the team with asset development and day to day tasks.
YOUR SKILLS
- 1-3 years social media experience in community management and content creation for Brand account(s).
- Possess an eye for aesthetic curation and cohesive visual and written storytelling.
- Knowledgeable in a variety of photo / video editing apps for the creation of social assets.
- Experience in social content creation (photo, video).
- Social media savvy with in-depth knowledge of best practices, TikTok trends, Influencer Partnerships & Collaborations, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, current events, etc.
- Strong writing skills.
- Self-starters who work well in a fast-paced environment and the ability to problem solve, with attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and organized individuals who can contribute new ideas thrive in an ever-evolving environment.
- Ability to work independently, meet goals and deadlines.
- Passionate about beauty, haircare, fashion, lifestyle, trends with a strong eye for content and trends.
- Must be in the LA area and willing to come into office at least 2x per week, occasional weekend and off-hours work to maintain brand voice and engagement.

The salary for this role is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
