YOUR ROLE

  • 负责工厂行政方面事务的协调和管理,及时向厂长汇报相关事宜。
  • 负责工厂的人事系统管理,包括入职、培训、岗位变动等。
  • 管理工厂员工职业发展规划,做好各部门年度员工计划培训的执行追踪,对员工发展提供方案。
  • 关注员工福利和关怀体系的建设,做好职工工作满意度调查,跟进市场信息变化,根据日常结果及时为管理层提供相关建议。
  • 支持公司体系认证关于人力和行政管理的相关工作。
  • 定期回顾第三方服务指标水平。
  • 负责蓝领员工招聘和入职培训 。                               
  • 负责行政工作的费用预算和管理。    

YOUR SKILLS

  • 本科学历,行政专业或人力资源管理专业优先.
  • 0~3年的相关工作经验,也同时欢迎应届生。
  • 良好的沟通能力,跨部门写作能力。
  • 学习能力快,执行能力强,有一定的抗压能力。
