  • Lead Enterprise will support Dragon operations and will manage and execute high impact projects using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools and methodologies to drive improvement and to deliver benefits to the organization.
  • The Lean Enterprise MBB will work with Dragon site head and AP LE head to develop strategic plans, tactical plans and project initiatives to align with the long-term strategy.

          Principal Accountabilities

  • Compliance with legal requirements and Henkel SHE Standards. Regularly audit and challenge any unsafe behaviors observed, Leading Culture Base Safety program in site.  10%
  • Be instrumental in developing LSS culture within Dragon site, Coach and mentor Black Belts, Green Belts and new team members in the understanding of LSS, Support process owners to clearly link project metrics to strategic and operational objectives using LSS principles.   30%
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to develop business solutions and lead teams through successful implementation and sustained performance. Work with Lean Enterprise Leadership to develop Strategic and Tactical Plans.  Lead and influence high impact projects.  Deliver significant business impact.   30%
  • Mentor team members to increase their competency in quality methods and tools. Successfully complete all project phases and achieve savings targets across broad business disciplines. Facilitate organization and cross-organization knowledge sharing.   15%
  • Validate and scope improvement projects, link customer requirements and business processes to the effort and construct an effective team to complete the project. Evaluate solutions and develop implementation plans. Work with minimal supervision while gaining new skills and demonstrating competency in applying Lean Six Sigma tools and concepts to prepare for next role. Develop and deliver project presentations to all levels of management.  15%


  • Bachelor's degree, Major in Manufacture.
  • 5-10 years working experience in General industry.
  • Excellent English Level.
  • Black Belt Level in Lean & Six Sigma.
