  • Ready to join a great team of Henkel Marketeers with an exciting job opportunity as a Trade Marketing Executive?
  • Assisting & supporting Head of Marketing in HCB coordination, communications for marketing, education and commercial day-to-day activities
  • Supports the marketing and commercial teams with a focus on designing & coordination of marketing assets, engagement and support of trade events, distribution partner support and facilitating commercial team alignment
  • Key accounts support – assist Head of Marketing to prepare for quarterly sales analysis & coordination/planning for Key Accounts marketing supports, strengthen customer service relationship
  • Assist Head of Marketing and Brand Managers in managing Salon Tools, GWP, POSM, Merchandising, Visual Assets Library
  • Conducting market research & compiling competitor analysis to support brand activations
  • Have marketing / trade experience with commercial understanding of professional salons landscape and consumer for beauty care
  • Maintain up-to-date brand map, positioning, pricing strategies, and market relevant information
  • Analyze trade promotions, data and report on brand performance and growth
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities
  • Liaise with other departments across the organization to ensure marketing activities are integrated, and align with regional or local business units to meet brand objectives


  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced environment where strategic brand-building efforts are complemented by trade business acumen
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical and strong presentation skills/ Good MS office knowledge
