  • Key contributor to drive brand-consumer communication and engagement that enhance brand visibility, foster high engagement, drive business growth.
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media & PR Strategy & Planning
  • Lead, align and execute social media strategy and comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with overall marketing objectives, focusing on brand consideration and driving key brand initiatives, from planning to execution, in compliant with corporate brand communication goals and guidelines.
  • Develop and execute PR strategies. Manage dynamic consumer-facing initiatives, including new store openings, new product launches, brand moments, community events, and other on-brand media opportunities, etc.
  • Social Consumer Study
  • Regularly monitor social media trends, market insights, explore new social media platform, social listening tools, and competitor information acquirement.
    Social Media Management.
  • Manage brand owned social platform WeChat, Weibo, Red, DouYin with the help of social agency.
  • Scout, evaluate, and onboard influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors who resonate with our brand values and can contribute to our marketing goals.
  • Build solid and trackable social KOL/ KOC measurement standard to ensure the success of influencer marketing for the whole group.
  • Work closely with brand team, commercial team, and EC dept. to ensure smooth campaign delivery and accelerate internal working efficiency.

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong copywriting and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strong logical thinker.
  • Work proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • 5+ yrs of digital media experience with strong presence & expertise in KOL/ KOC and social media management.
  • Beauty industry experience is preferable in agency/ brand. experience in managing social MCN agencies is preferable
  • Practical experience in plan, executing influencer marketing campaign in but not limited to Red, WeChat, Weibo, DouYin & Bilibili.
  • Experience in other digital media is preferable but not a must including EC media, Digital Display, Search & offline OOH.
