YOUR ROLE

  • Work closely with our customers, brand, and sales teams to deliver activation plans.
  • Implement strong shopper marketing plans, including supporting key New Product Development (NPD) launches.
  • Create and deliver shopper marketing materials and content that resonate with our target audience.
  • Understand and adhere to key customer guidelines, practices, and developments.
  • Analyse market dynamics, trends, and track competitors’ activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Support our growth agenda in eCommerce by working with agencies to track online learnings and implement insights.
  • Ensure best practices are shared from shopper marketing initiatives across various channels, countries, business units, and companies.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Demonstrable experience in an FMCG (or similar) environment.
  • Passionate about bringing brands and category strategies to life in-store and online.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong planning and organization skills.
  • Commercial understanding and the ability to drive sales through shopper activation.
  • Ability to work independently, responsibly, and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good IT competency, including proficiency in Excel and the ability to produce engaging presentations.
