YOUR ROLE

·Respond to Inquiries: Handle customer calls, emails, and messages.

·Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or problems.

·Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.

·Order Processing: Manage and process orders, returns, and exchanges.

·Training: Train new employees on processes and systems used in customer service.

·Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and propose solutions.

·Collaboration: Collaborate on special projects or departmental initiatives as needed.

YOUR SKILLS

·Proven experience in a customer service role.

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·Excellent problem-solving abilities.

·Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.

·Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
