YOUR ROLE

  • Translates customers’ strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap
  • Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key
    executives and sponsors
  • Defines account-specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments
    and implementation of commercial policy
  • Develops and maintains strong executive and cross-functional relationships at HQ and key
    locations
  • Delivers account targets KP/TP OSG and PC
  • Defines and executes global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue
    plan (KP) and target plan (TP)
  • Identifies business opportunities, steers business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is required and academic background in chemical related field is preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Sales or related field is required and in Automotive industry is preferred
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office is preferred
  • Good communication skills in English is required and Korean is a must
  • Skilled in crisis and objection handling, good networking, social selling, sales call planning, and facilitating
  • Able to go business trips aboard and/or countrywide
