  • Act as a business partner across the entire value chain by providing reports and analyses of sales and marketing data related to markets, clients and consumers as basis for fact-based decision-making, primarily using Henkel internal systems (Sell-in) and 3rd party scan data systems (Sell-out)                                    
  • Conduct social media listening by building research queries in digital analytical tools to uncover patterns and trends in relevant online community conversations (consumer needs, usage behavior, market trends and strategic opportunities)
  • Support continuous process of consumer and shopper insights generation helping to develop selling-stories and support strategic categories and brand initiatives
  • Identify key learnings and translating them into consumer insights utilizing storytelling and engaging visualization in PowerPoint, with concise management summaries
  • Handle reporting and presentation preparation of market research data with competitive data gathering via market research and social media tracking; Prepare desk research by searching, consolidating and analyzing existing internal or external data
  • Assist colleagues in handling special analysis, ad hoc requests from stakeholders and resolving issues/inquiries from counterparts; Create presentations and provide recommendations for internal clients (Marketing, Sales, and Research & Development departments)     
  • Participate in regular Jour Fixes with business partners (Consumer Intelligence Managers or Global Business Services (GBS)+ Bra team) to discuss and align status of running projects


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing / Market Research / Sociology / Communications or related courses
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a Market Research and Analytics role with experience in handling sell-out data; Including analyzing data and presenting insights and recommendations to key business partners
  • Knowledge in Sprinklr for social media listening and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS)) is required
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications is required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and data visualization responsibilities
  • Proficient in utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies; Enthusiastic about social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, blogs, forums, consumer reviews), facilitating quicker adaptation to the role
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English; With good presentation and analysis skills, proactivity, business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
