YOUR ROLE

  • Credit management (40%)
  • Evaluate new customer's credit application with 3rd party credit report or customer's financial statement.
  • Annually review customer master data incl. credit limit / risk category / payment term.
  • Review customer security and BAD / CAD acceptance.
  • Partner with business controlling, provide in-depth analysis and propose actions to mitigate potential credit risk.
  • Process upgrade and project management (30%)
  • Lead process improvement / simplification projects to provide better business solutions and improve efficiency.
  • Take initiatives on digitalization and automation to increase data transparency, improve data analytics.
  • Collaborate with GBS collection or customer service team to develop leaner end to end process.
  • Blocked orders monitoring (20%)
  • Assess risk level of blocked orders and push collection of overdue.
  • Seek approval following global policy to ensure balance between risk control and in-time order delivery.
  • BDP and deduction management (10%)
  • Reconcile IFRS9 BDP report provided by CO.
  • Propose additional BDP per customer risk level and align with business team.
  • Review dispute or deduction cases and propose certain provision to cover risk exposure.
  • YOUR ROLE CAN OFFER YOU
  • Complete order to cash knowledge and exposure.
  • Cross functional collaboration with commercial / business controlling / AR collection / logistic team.
  • Overview of customer performance & business models of one SBU.
  • Project management and process control skills.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 3–5 years of working experience, background in financial risk control / credit management or related field preferred.
  • Solid financial and credit analysis skills with risk control mindset
  • Logical thinking and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, PPT), digital skill like VBA/PBI/Python is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both writing and speaking.
