YOUR ROLE
- Communicate effectively with key internal and external business partners building strong relationships; gaining alignment in delivering customer centric solutions.
- Ensure all the activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
- Execution on activation initiatives to support NAM’s/NBM. Prepack trays/towers, branded catalogue spots; end builds, Online elements etc. to execute annual Business Plans
- Provide ad-hoc data analysis from Circana / Nielsen programs (training to be provided)
- Manage third party Field Merchandising budget & comms
- Provide support to NAMs in Claims management, Promotional Portal slotting and promotional program management, and NPD submissions as required (new lines, price changes, promo submissions)
- Support with Business and Category Review preparations - analysis, forecasting, samples
- Maintain range, distribution, account induction documentation
YOUR SKILLS
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (desired, not essential)
- 2 years National Account Executive or State Account Management experience in FMCG
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and build relationships
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office software
